We the Governed of the United States of America, in this year 2025, revoke our consent.

We revoke our consent to be governed by the Constitution of the United States, which has failed to protect us and our loved ones abroad from the machinations of wealthy, powerful and breathtakingly arrogant men.

We revoke our consent to be governed by the House of Representatives, which through gerrymandering, voter suppression and insider trading has failed to represent the best interests of their constituents.

We revoke our consent to be governed by the Senate, which, in addition to their own insider trading, has given disproportional power to a handful of states and the political parties that capture them.

We revoke our consent to be governed under the Electoral College and First-Past the Post Primaries, which undermine proportional representation and invalidate the will of the majority of the people.

We revoke our consent to be governed under the Supreme Court and it’s unaccountable Justices, who have time and again proven themselves corrupt, partisan, prejudiced, and a threat to the freedoms and the aspirations of the people.

And we revoke our consent to be governed by the President of the United States, who’s office has been, and has always been, a vehicle of subjugation, exploitation, propaganda, and genocide.

We the people of the United States demand that a new Constitutional Convention to be held, represented by one speaker for every one thousand persons living in the continental United States and any of it’s territories, each to be elected locally and fairly without gerrymandering as confirmed by international observers.

We demand to write a new constitution and form a new government; one that prioritizes the safety, wellbeing, freedom, education, and opportunity for each of it’s citizens regardless of the conditions of their birth. We demand the ability to limit the power of wealthy interest groups, so that they can never supplant the will of the people again. We demand the ability to have popular, ranked-choice elections that are limited in duration and protected from campaign finance corruption and voter suppression.

We demand the establishment of an internationally supported Committee of Truth and Reconciliation to undo the harm of the rampant disinformation and propaganda that has plagued us and our families and eroded our souls.

We the people of what used to be the United States, demand the chance to redeem ourselves. To aspire to be who we were promised we could be. For our parents and for our children. For our family and our friends. For the people of the world and those who will come after.
